Enterprise defeated Plaisance by 103 runs when action in the East Coast Demerara Cricket Board U-19 40 over competition continued last Saturday at Enterprise.
Amar Kishore took 5-20 as Plaisance, in reply to Enterprise score of 154 all out in 38 overs were dismissed for 51 in 17.2 overs. Camroy Hookumchand also claimed 2-5 for the host. Vivian Albert 27 and Imran Khan 20 were the leading run scorers for Enterprise. Denzil Williams took 3-36 for the losers.
Previously, Golden Grove overcame Enterprise by 7 wickets and Enterprise got the better of Buxton and Lusignan by 9 wickets and 58 runs respectively.
Scores at Enterprise, Enterprise 135 all out in 38.4 overs. (Vivian Albert 25, Trevor Major 3-12). Golden Groove 136-3 in 38.4 overs. (Gavin Blair 70 n o, Richard Woolford 39).
At Buxton, Buxton 148 all out in 28 overs. (Delroy Welch 49, Devon Federicks 37, Bassant Prashad 5-25, V. Albert 3-35). Enterprise 149-1 in 23 overs. V. Albert 65 no, Rajendra Beepat 53 no).
At Lusignan, Enterprise 135 all out in 38 overs. (V. Albert 55,Ramesh Ahcuion 38, Devendra Beesham 4-22, Steve Hardat 3-19, Lusignan 77 all out in 32 overs. (R. Beepat 5-5). The competition continues today.
