Dear Sir,
I am a concerned citizen of Guyana, and I am one of the persons who play Lotto. I would like to know where my money goes.
I feel that the Government and the Lotto Company are involved in a scam, and the poor people who play lotto are suffering, they are ripping us off.
The last time the Lotto was $57 million they pull off the lotto money and said that someone won the money. When they were changing the machine, and now in 2012 they did the same thing.
As a concerned Citizen of Guyana I would like to know what happened. Every day people play ten, fifteen and sometimes twenty thousand dollars in lotto, and still they are being robbed of their hard earned money.
People in this country are not stupid. I would like APNU, AFC, and the Guyana Police Force to seriously look into this matter as soon as possible.
Concerned Citizen.
