Publishing Company, Corbin Media Group (CMG), the publisher of a number of world-class
custom and consumer magazines, has teamed up with the Lusignan Golf Club (LGC) to produce a glossy magazine named Guyana Golf.
Guyana Golf was launched at the cocktail for the Guyana Open Golf Tournament held Friday evening at the Oasis Café in Georgetown.
CEO of CMG and publisher of the magazine, Simeon Corbin said: “Golf has been a sport in Guyana since the early 1920’s with no publication of its own, so it was time that the players and fans have something that they can showcase their activities and use to promote the sport locally, regionally and internationally.”
Guyana Golf is a comprehensive magazine that covers players, tournaments, sponsors, offers tips to beginners and much more in an easy to ready format. The premiere edition has on its cover, 5-time Guyana Open Golf champion Avinash Persaud. The high quality magazine is also filled with exciting pictures and stats from the various tournaments over the last year.
The Publisher thanked the LGC executive and members, sponsors, contributors and his team for helping to bring the magazine to realization. The annual Guyana Golf magazine is available for free at the LGC clubhouse.
