Arianne McLean gained the right to practice at the local Bar after she was presented before Chief Justice Ian Chang, yesterday afternoon.
McLean, the daughter of Major General Norman McLean, recently graduated from the Hugh Wooding Law School.
Senior Counsel Edward Luckhoo presented her application to the Chief Justice.
Among those witnessing the occasion were Justice William Ramlal, former Registrar Sita Ramlal, Justice Claudette Singh, and the girl’s parents, Norman McLean and Gwendolyn McLean. Also present was Mrs Evelyn Ramlal.
