Defending overall champions of the Tutorial High School Inter-House Athletics Championships, ‘E’ House has amassed a slight four-point lead after the Field Events competition last week that sets the stage for a keen contest in the track competition tomorrow.
The defending champions are currently ahead on 192 points, while ‘A’ House and ‘D’ House are closely behind on 188 points and 186 points respectively. In what has obviously been a keen and intense battle, ‘C’ House follows on 166 with ‘B’ House on 144 points.
‘E’ House has dominated Tutorial High School’s Inter-House Sports for the last five years, only surrendering the title in 2009 after a surprise loss. The event is the first step toward the National Schools Championships expected to be held in November.
