Guyana Cricket Board lauds Devendra Bishoo’s latest achievement

The Guyana Cricket Board has congratulated Guyana and West Indies spinner Devendra Bishoo for the latest achievement.  The message reads: “The President and Executive of The Guyana Cricket Board share the pride you must feel at being selected as the ICC’s Emerging Player of the Year, 2011.”
“It is indeed a great honour for you, for Guyana and for the West Indies.  It is an honour which you have truly earned by the maturity you have demonstrated in your first international season.
It has been a brilliant start to what we all hope will be a brilliant international career.
May your achievements be an inspiration to the young cricketers in Guyana and the West Indies.
Congratulations from the Guyana Cricket Board and the cricketing public of Guyana and best wishes for many more accolades in the future.”
