A grand one-day Horserace meet is scheduled for Sunday at the Bush Lot United Turf Club with what should be seven exciting races carded for the day’s programme.
The feature race is in the five furlong event for Class ‘I’ horses with the winner taking home $50,000, the second place finisher $20,000 and the horse running third $10,000. The entrance fee for this race is $10,000.
The Class ‘J’ race also over five furlongs will see the winner getting $40,000 while $15,000 and $7,000 will be given to the second and third place finishers respectively and the entrance fee for this race is $8,000.
The Winner of the Class ‘K’ race over five furlongs takes home $30,000 and the entrance fee is $6,000 while the champion in the Class ‘L’ event over five furlongs collects $20,000 with the entrance fee being $5,000.
In group 1, the winner gets $15,000 the same as the Group 2 winner while the entrance fee in both races is $4,000.
In the Handicap event over five furlongs, the winner receives $30,000 with the entrance fee being $6,000.
A trophy will be also presented to each winner while no third prize will be awarded if there are less than five horses in the race.
