GDA to host competition on Sunday @ Timehri

The Guyana Draughts Association (GDA) in its continuing efforts to speard the game will be hosting a competition for players on the East Bank of Demerara including Soesdyke and Timehri this Sunday (August 14) at the Hyde Park Community Centre, Timehri East Bank Demerara.
Registration for this competition begins at 09:00hrs while the game commences from 09:30hrs. Registration fee will be a charge of $300,00.
The Champion trophy and refreshments for players have been donated by the Proprietor of Emmer’s International Hotel, Mr. Trevor Rodrigues while the Guyana Draughts Association will provide the other prizes. GDA East Bank Coordinator, Mr. Keith Daymon has organised Sunday’s competition.
