BV Triumph United (BVTU) maintained ominous form on Sunday last when competition in the Mackeson / East Demerara Football Association senior League continued.
BVTU trounced Plaisance 3-1 in the feature game with goals from Eon Dooker in the 25th minute; Michael Williams in the 34th and Michael Fraser in the 62nd minute. John Heyliger netted Plaisance’ consolation goal in the 53rd minute.
Buxton United and Mahaica played to a 0-0 stalemate in the other game played on Sunday, while there were two walk overs on Saturday.
Golden Stars failed to show up for their clash with Bakewell Buxton Stars, while Ann’s Grove United did not keep their date with Victoria Kings.
More games are slated for this weekend at the Buxton and BV Grounds.
