Motorcyclist Rupert Adolphus is a patient at the Bartica Hospital following a collision with a Toyota Hilux Pickup GHH 9245 driven by Lindsay Adams Tuesday evening at Bartica.
The collision occurred around 7: 20 pm at the junction of Second Avenue and Sixth Street.
Adolphus, a policeman attached to the Lethem Police Station, was attempting to cross Second Avenue. He failed to stop and collided with the Hilux Pickup that was traveling north along Sixth Avenue.
The motorcyclist sustained a badly broken left leg
On Easter Sunday another motorcyclist died while riding along Second Avenue.
