The GCC Ground Bourda is in good condition and regardless if it rains tomorrow the Stag Beer & El Dorado Rum Nationwide Softball finals will be played, that’s the word from the organisers. Starting time is 9:00am and admission is free. Spectators are advised to go to the Rohan Kanhai and Kenny Wishart Stands.
Six matches will be played during the day’s proceeding which will finish by 5:30pm. Two matches will be played simultaneously on two pitches. In the female category: 4R Lioness face Lusignan Street Warriors, Mike’s Wellwoman challenge Rose Hall Females. The two winners will contest the final.
Floodlights will play Regal Seniors in the Male Over-40 final. Trophy Stall will battle Cottonfield of Essequibo. The winner will play Memorex of Berbice in the Male Open final. All teams are asked to be at the ground at 8:00am for a prompt start.
