De audit coming off. At least Guysuco meeting wid Chris Ram to talk bout it. Whole of last week dem boys sitting down and waiting fuh news bout de audit. Nobody was talking bout anything and it look like people forget.
Then bright and early in this new week somebody light fire stick and start a problem. Rob-Bert claim how he set de wicket and Paul got to deal wid Chris.
But somebody wink and tell dem boys that Rob-Bert want de audit because he suspect that he gun find out something that he suspect.
Dem boys now waiting fuh de outcome of de meeting. Dem gun want to know who coming and who dem want talk to. That got teeth because dem boys might find that all of a sudden people might go on leave.
And if dem think is only Chris and some auditors gun do de wuk, dem would not be surprised to find Uncle Glenn joining de audit team. Dem got to mek up dem mind to answer questions.
But when de audit done is another. Dem gun have to prepare a report and is de report that gun cause trouble. If de audit prove that nuff things wrang is one thing; if de audit clean is another something.
Dem got to have a forensic audit of de hydro road project. Dem boys want to know if the equipment that come in de country was gift or if dem get thief or if somebody credit dem.
Some of dem boys also want to know if de tender was proper, if de performance bond was proper and if de GRA had the right to help dem hide de equipment when it come in de country.
Is nuff audit.
Talk half. Lef half.
