The Guyana Police Force wishes to inform the general public that due to Easter kite flying activities on Monday April 25, 2011, the following roads in Georgetown will be closed to vehicular traffic from 07: 00 hours.
· Camp and Thomas Roads
· Thomas Road and Albert Street
· Camp Road and Young Street
· Seawall Road
· Seawall Road and Rabbit Walk
· Carifesta Avenue (No entry west)
· J.B. Singh Road and David Street
· Seawall Road by Pegasus Hotel
· Camp Road and Seawall Road
Persons in motor vehicles desirous of entering the National Park are required to so from the Carifesta Avenue entrance. Any inconvenience caused to members of the public is sincerely regretted.
