The East Coast Cricket Board has invited 32 players to trials in preparation for the 2011 season.
The East Coast Carib Jaguars are the current Demerara T20 Champions after defeating the Georgetown Pit-bulls at the Guyana National Stadium and their first encounter for this year will be on May 1 at Albion in the Annjee’s Fashions sponsor 20/20 arrival cup tournament.
The East Berbice Titans, West Berbice Super Kings, East Coast Jaguars and the Georgetown pit-bulls will vie for top honors in this one-day competition.
A practice session has been organized for Tuesday April 19 from 14:00hrs at the Lusignan Community Centre and a practice match will be played the next day from 13:30hrs at Lusignan Community Centre. Players are asked to contact Raymond Barton on Telephone number 626-0223.
