Missing woman sparks concern

Lalita Achana, aka Evette, 25, of 108 Grove, East Bank Demerara, has been reported missing. She was last seen Monday morning heading to work in the city.
She is employed at Queen Bee located in the City Mall, Regent and Camp Streets.
Her sister, who leaves for work before her, had left home. Some time about noon, her work place called to report that Lalita had not reported for duty.
Calls were made to her cellular phone but it had been turned off.
A cousin, Sharon Moonsammy said that there were no reports of any disturbance in the home.
The family has reported the matter to the Grove Police Station.
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Lalita Achana is asked to contact the family at 266-2464 or the nearest police station.
