Things happening real fast. Guyana now introducing a television channel that gun only play religious service. And all dem pastor happy. De government giving dem a chance to reach more people and once dem reach plenty people is more money.
Now dem have a problem because Guyana got plenty religion. Dem have Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Jordanite, Rasta, Baha’I, and some others. De Christian got plenty branch like dem Pentecostal and de Methodists and de Catholics and de Anglicans and de Congregationalists and others.
De Hindus got plenty branches too like Brahma Kumaris and Sanatan and suh, de Muslim got Sunni and Shi’ite,
Well dem boys seh that all of dem got to have time pun TV and if one get more time than de other is big story. De government paying fuh de time though suh it mean that if dem have a problem de government can do like wha li’l boy does do wid he ball- tek it away and stop play. Dem religious people gun have to behave demself.
Some people gun form dem church and dem gun decide to tek television time. Benschop gun form a church but he don’t expect to get TV time because of he name. Is then de problem gun start. Plus dem have some church that supporting different political party and dem gun preach politics.
Well is then trouble gun start because de government don’t like people preach politics unless is de right politics and dem boys know wha dem mean.
But all this can be avoided if de government grant more TV licence but it refusing because it want to control.
Talk half. Lef half
