The Guyana Floodlights Softball Cricket Association (GFSCA) has received further sponsorship for its tour to the USA.
The Floodlights A and B teams will represent Guyana in the Master version of the Florida Cup tournament in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA on March 4, 5, and 6. This time on board are Kingston Trading & Auto of 125A, Barack St., Kingston, Bill Direct Guyana Inc. of 294 Thomas & Quamina St., Mike’s Pharmacy of Sheriff, Regent and Robb Streets and Steve’s Jewelry of Church St. have chipped in with monetary contributions.
Already on board are Top Brandz, Sankar’s Auto Color and Metro Office & Computer Supplies.
The GFSCA welcomes and is very thankful for contributions from these businesses. The teams will leave early this week and the players selected are: Vivakanand Ramsaywack, Tulsie Sahadeo, Lakhram Singh, Ricky Deonarain, Abdool Rahaman Khan, Ganesh Singh, Richard Persaud, Derick Ramoutar, Petamber Maharaj, Ramchand Ragbeer, Gopaul Boj-Raj, Jailall Deodass, Surendra Nauth, Bedi Ramjewan, Dru Bahadur, Stephen Naraine, Kemal Seebaran, Ishwar Persaud, Mahadeo Doodnat, Doodnauth Sookram, Chand Kumar Hardyal, Harishchand Ketwaroo, Mohan Sukhu, Hardat Singh, Jerry Gaznabbi, Narinedat Roy, Roy Kirton and Kenrick Persaud.
