As companies continue hosting a number of promotional activities to ensure they “give back to customers”, the Harris Group of Companies (Guyana) on Wednesday, last, made presentations to its two grand prize winners from the company’s Christmas promotion 2010.
According to Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Luke Ticknor, the promotion which was held under the theme ‘Get in the Mood’ encouraged to shop at the paint company and be afforded the opportunity of winning prizes from a ballot and also “instant prizes” such as t-shirts, mugs, calendars and even discounts. This is in keeping with the company’s commitment of organizing events and activities every Christmas to ensure that its customers have a fair chance of winning prizes.
Kaieteur News understands that the activity was themed in colour groups and the winners belonged to the “fresh mood” and “warm mood” categories.
Shawn Francis received a gift voucher worth $200,000 in home appliances and furnishing items ( winning the grand prize in the “warm mood” category ) while Colnita Jervis obtained a gift voucher of $50,000 to be spent in spa treatment, which was provided by the Basic Beauty Salon (awarding her with the grand prize in the “fresh mood” category).
