The Mashramani Schools Basketball competition organised by St. Stanislaus College is set to bounce off this afternoon, at the school’s Hardcourts on Brickdam.
According to the fixtures, three matches will be played with Charlestown Secondary pitted against Marian Academy; Bishop’s High takes on GETC and Plaisance Secondary go up against School of Nations.
The schools participating in the tournament are: Charlestown Secondary, Marian Academy, Brickdam Secondary, Plaisance Secondary, School of Nations, St. Rose’s High, Bishop’s High, Guyana Educational Trust College (GETC), President’s College, Queens College and The Business School.
The tournament is being sponsored by United Insurance Company Ltd, a Barbados-based organisation of which John Fernandes Ltd is the local agent and it is expected to run until February 22.
