“We feel confident that by providing these children with the equipment, training and opportunity to play the game we can make a contribution to making the West Indies the greatest cricketing region in the world,” the Bank added.
It should be noted that W.I.C.B has made a strategic decision to include Scotiabank Kiddy Cricket Programme into the W.I.C.B grassroots development programme to provide the foundation and support for the development of West Indies cricket which is critical to returning West Indies to the pinnacle of world cricket.
Scotiabank is the Official Bank of West Indies Cricket and Scotiabank branches throughout Guyana and the region all support the Kiddy Cricket programme.
