Veteran tennis player Omar Persaud teamed up with two different partners to capture the 35 and 45 and over Doubles titles as play in this year’s Pegasus Open Championships continued, at the Hotel’s Hardcourts.
Persaud teamed up with Berbician Godfrey Lowden to defeat the defending champions Don Singh / Sanjeev Datadin 6-4, 6-2 to capture the Over 35 title, while he partnered with Bobby Khan to dethrone another set of reigning champions Dr. Steve Surujbally / Maxie Fox 6-0, 4-6, 6-4 in the Over 55 Doubles.
Persaud / Lowden are also in the Over 45 Doubles Division final and they will play against Harry Panday / Victor DaSilva for the title.
