It bleeding and de pressure building up. He really sick, suh sick that de government helping to bring in a neurosurgeon to operate.
But dem boys seh that if was some people who was in de same position de hospital wouldn’t need a neurosurgeon. Dem people don’t have a brain.

A doctor examine he and then whisper to he friends that Kwame suffering from delusions of grandeur—which is a nice way of telling people that Kwame had great imagination. De truth was that he didn’t have no brain suh he couldn’t have brain worries.

Dem boys she that dem contractors ain’t got brains because dem woulda do good wuk and get plenty contracts. Instead dem doing bad wuk and end up getting no new contract.
