Uncle Freddie is a sad man. He dive in a trench full of water hyacinth and come up wid all kind of root and weed pun he head. But that didn’t have to happen.
Dem boys seh that he wake up and see Robeson cleaning de canal outside he house. De cleaning start from de UG road just as Uncle Freddie was going to work. By midday dem done clean more than half de canal and de job look good. Is then Uncle Freddie get de idea to swim.
But Robeson had other plans. He clean de whole canal and lef de section outside Uncle Freddie house. But de poor boy didn’t know. Suh when he wake up Wednesday morning, wid de sleep still in he eye he walk to de canal and dive in. Dem boys seh that he wake up quick. But dem boys seh that he deserve wha he get. He always hammering Bharrat and de government. He lef he house and go wheh Bharrat building he house because he like see and then he does write.
Robeson plan was to pile up all de stuff from de canal round he, Freddie house and block out he vision.
But dem boys still got some question. How come Robeson cut de line suh neat exactly from Freddie fence? He had to use he power saw that cut down de GT&T sign board all over town to mark de line. According to dem boys he give strict order that de people clearing de canal should not clear one inch past de mark.
Was a good job. De whole Cabinet visit de place and praise de job. As a result, Robeson gun act as President when Bharrat going out de country again.
