The Bath Sports Club would be in better shape for cricket matches due to the generosity of the owner of Jumbo Jet Auto Sales, Nazrudeen Mohamed who made a roller available to the club at a huge discount.
According to president of the club, Tamesh Persaud they would have had to pay $950,000 for the roller but they could not afford it. They said after vice-president of the club, Richard Gangaram approached Mohamed the price was slashed to $200,000.
Persaud expressed gratitude to Mohamed on behalf of the club and promised to take good care of the roller which would be used for preparation of the ground for cricket matches.
