Finance Director of IPA, Reginald Persaud handed over an undisclosed amount of cash yesterday at the business’ main branch on Camp Street, Georgetown.
Promoter of Holland Entertainment, Carwyn Holland received the cheque, and at the same time expressed his gratitude to IPA for being apart of the event.
Persaud, in his remarks, stated his company’s delight to be apart and promised to continue to support boxing in Guyana.
Some of the country’s top boxers, including Leon Moore, Shondell Alfred and Gwendolyn O’Neil, will be on show against several prominent fighters from other Latin and North America countries.
