The Athletic Association of Guyana’s (AAG) National Youth, Junior and Senior Championships will be held this weekend at the Police Sports Club, Ground, Eve Leary, where the crème of the crop is expected to be on show at the refurbished Sports Club.
Speaking briefly with Kaieteur Sport yesterday, AAG President, Colin Boyce said that all those top athletes and clubs will be competing this weekend. He said what has already been one of the most hectic track and field seasons will continue over two days.
In addition, Boyce said that some of the athletes will use the occasion to warm-up for the Inter-Services (Joint Services) competition that will be held at the same venue, September 28-October 1 where Police aim to regain the title Defence Force took last year.
Please share this to every Guyanese including your house cats.
