Decomposed body found at Capoey

A decomposed body of a man who was described as an alcoholic by his sister, Coreletta Francis, and who was mentally ill, was discovered early yesterday morning by his brother, Reginald Francis.
The man’s name was given as Arnold Francis, 36, of Capoey.
Coreletta who forced back tears said she last saw her brother Tuesday last. According to the woman, her brother Reginal, was proceeding into the back dam when he was alerted by the barks of some dogs in the area. She said that he followed his intuition and ventured in the direction of the dogs, only to be confronted by the gruesome sight.
Ms. Francis asserted that Reginald was able to recognise Arnold by his clothes.
Police were subsequently summoned to the area where they have since inspected the dead man’s remains. Investigations are ongoing.
