Well things getting really crazy. Dem boys searching fuh a man and dem can’t find he. De man was a good man talking to everybody. He tongue sweet, suh sweet that he even get people to support he wid more money than they normally would.
De man start fuh run when a reporter approach he fuh he story. Now dem boys know that people like talk bout demself but this man like he more shy than a virgin. He announce that he done talk to de newspaper. But it look like if he done talk to everybody.
Dem boys seh that dem can’t find he. Dem search all over de place; dem check he office; dem check all wheh dem know that he does deh and dem can’t find he. Dem don’t think anybody kidnap he because somebody would place a notice in de papers.
Dem don’t believe that he is a runaway person because somebody woulda file a missing person report. But de man missing.
Dem boys now seeking help to find he. Dem ask Scotland Yard but dem seh that dem does only look fuh British people. Suh dem boys call de CID but is another problem. De local police want photograph and nobody ain’t got one. Dem ain’t even got de man fingerprint. Dem seh that de records lost.
Dem boys seh that dem gun have to tun to de Americans. Dem have FBI and ATF and de Secret Service. Dem even gun get de Missing Persons Bureau to check. But dem have one problem. Somebody got to pay fuh dem to come to Guyana and de Government ain’t mek no request.
Suh from tomorrow dem boys going out and beg to raise de money. Dem going to Hand in Hand.
Talk half. Lef half.
