Dear Editor,
Animals on the roadways cause serious vehicular accidents, damage to properties and vehicles and even cause several deaths each year.
Government should imposed tough laws and penalties on people with animals roaming the roadways. Animals caught on the roadways should be impounded, and owners should be fined. If the owners cannot be found these animals should be sold out to farmers who can take care of the animals in a proper environment.
Government should have a special squad to pickup stray animals on the roadways in order to prevent future accidents and deaths.
Animal owners should install fence to keep animals off the roadway.
