Recently, the Georgetown Stabroek Lions Club donated wheelchairs to two women suffering from arthritis.
The two recipients, Lydia Walcott, 90, is a resident of Archer’s Home, and Doris Williams, who resides at Lot 17 Sandy Babb Street, Kitty.
The wheelchairs were given to help the recipients move around more freely. This donation was one of many that the Club has embarked on.
