Peetah Morgan promises ‘a different side’ for Jamzone 2009
The name Peetah Morgan is synonymous with the internationally renowned Morgan Heritage group that takes reggae vibes the world over with him as the lead singer. However while his group will not be coming to the local shores he’s among the names headed this way for the Jamzone Summer Break Weekend 2009
Scheduled to arrive two days before he performs, the reggae superstar says fans can expect a different side of Peetah! “You will definitely get more love songs from Peetah than you would from Morgan Heritage!”he said.

Peetah told this publication that he’s bringing more of a youthful vibe in his music as a solo act.
He says Guyanese should come out to support the concert as it is a Guyanese thing but also because it’s the first time that he will perform without the rest of his family group on stage.
Having performed on the local shores before with the family he said “it (Guyana) reminds me of the countryside of Jamaica and I like that a lot!” With respect to his fans he expects them to come out with love and happiness and get ready for a night to remember! (Mondale Smith)
