The Ming family made a donation to the St. Vincent de Paul Care Centre, on Thursday. This comes in the wake of the death of family member, Wilbur Ming, who was cared for in what turned out to be his last days, at the Centre.
At Wilbur’s funeral service, a collection was made for this donation on his behalf.
The family contributed a similar amount as that collected and Debbie Green, Wilbur’s older sister, did the hand over to Nurse Bacchus at the centre in Princess Street.
The family deeply appreciates the service being offered by the organisation and hopes that this donation will in some way assist in their continued care for those in need.
