Hi Stars pummeled Flamingo 6-0 in the latest game of the Stag B-League organised by the Upper Demerara Football Association which was played on Wednesday at the Bayrock ground.
Doubles were registered by Tony ‘Spirit’ Adams (24th, 50th) and Jason Monah (55th, 70th). Colin Samuels (8th) and Romell Jones (29th) were also on target for Hi Stars, who were edged out 1-nil by Peacemakers on the opening night, Sunday.
Flamingo would have a chance to make amends for their heavy defeat when they play Coomacka United from 14:00hrs tomorrow at the same venue.
The double header would be completed with a clash between Amelia’s Ward United and Peacemakers.
