The Jamaica Cricket Association (JCA) has named an 18-member squad to contest the TCL Group West Indies Under-19 Championship, which will be held in Jamaica from July 9 through August 5.
The team, which includes four reserve players, will be captained by Andre Creary, who copped the prize for most outstanding batsman in last year’s tournament after amassing 414 runs in the three-day championship.
The Jamaicans will be coached by Andre Coley, while Fritz Harris as been named as the team’s manager.
Squad – Andre Creary, Jermaine Blackwood, Paul Palmer, Nicholson Gordon, Kirk Harris, Garth Garvey, Brian Clarke, Courtnay Allen, Ramon Senior, John Campbell, Patrick Harty, Jermaine Cole, Romeo Dunka, Akeem Dewar.
Reserves: Hanchard Hamilton, Donovan Nelson, Kemar Marshall. Omar Samuels.
