Teams affiliated to the Georgetown Football Association will have a packed weekend of action as three competitions will be contested today and tomorrow.
The Trix Under-17 competition will kick off today at the Georgetown Football Association ground with two matches. From 08:00hrs Santos match skills with Fruta Conquerors and two hours later, Uprising will come up against Pele.
Courts Pee Wee
Over at the Banks DIH ground from 13:00hrs, the Courts Pee Wee Under-11 league will continue with 5 matches.
At 13:00hrs Fruta Conquerors and Marian Academy square off and at the same time Pele oppose Thomas United. At 14:00hrs, Riddim Squad tangle with Santos while Western Tigers face off against Uprising.
The final match of the day brings together Sunburst Camptown and Buxton United from 14:30hrs.
Western Union division-one
Tomorrow at the Camptown ground in Campbellville, Western Union division-one play will continue. Santos and the University of Guyana (UG) will set things off at 14:00hrs. The former will be aiming for their second win in as many matches. Black Pearl and Uprising match skills in the feature game with the latter going after win number two.
When the league kicked off last Sunday, Uprising hammered Thomas United 7-0 and Santos trounced Black Pearl 5-0.
