Former national cricket captain Travis Dowlin will lead the Georgetown Cricket Association team in the DJ Stress 20/20 cricket competition tomorrow at the Guyana National Stadium, Providence.
West Indies ODI left-hander Leon Johnson is his deputy while former Test pacer Reon King and ex-Guyana first-class batsman Neil Barry will perform duties of Coach and Manager respectively.
The squad includes five players with national 20/20 experience along with Demerara-based Berbicians Damion Van Tull and Leroy Bristol.
Demerara player Ravi Sarwan has been ruled out of the competition due to injury. The younger brother of Test batsman Ramnaresh Sarwan has been replaced by national opener Shemroy Barrington who is one of nine players in the squad with first-class experience.
