=== But Rousallic go down in 20/20 final ===
Rousallic Cricket Club of Trinidad failed to cross final hurdle despite good performances from their Guyanese pair of Travis Blyden and Elton Baker and lost by two wickets to Ojeass Sports Club in the final of the Trinidad and Tobago 20/20 cricket competition. Leon Basham led the way with an attractive 57 and got support from Blyden who smashed 52 from 36 balls and Baker whose 48 came from 30 balls as RCC reached 190-6 off their allotted 20 overs.
Needing eight to win off the final over bowled by leg-spinner Blyden, OSC reached 192-8 with one ball to spare to take the tt$10,000 first prize.
Baker finished with 3-28 from four overs while Blyden captured 2-33 from 3.5 overs in a losing cause for RCC who had to settle for the tt$5,000 Runner-up prize.
