– edges Saint Johns after several point tallies
Tutorial High School controversially edged nemesis Saint Johns College when the school based in Woolford Avenue held a relay championship for secondary schools at the Police Sports Club Ground at Eve Leary on Saturday.
Tutorial amassed 142 points after several tallies of the points to beat Saint Johns’ 139 points after earlier counts have given Saint Johns the win on the same amount of points and Tutorial second place on 136 points. Richard Ishmael Secondary finished third on 102 points while Tutorial’s ‘B’ team ended fourth with 45 points.
South Ruimveldt Secondary rounded off the top five performers with a final tally of 44 points.
Charlestown Secondary had 37 points; Saint Stanislaus College 22 points; Saint Roses 19 points and Saint Joseph 14 points in other team performances.
