Local domino players are currently undergoing rigid practice sessions in preparation of the World Council of Domino Federation (WCDF) King and Queen Domino tournament scheduled for April 9-12 in Guyana.
The tournament, dubbed Easter International Pull-o-Rama, will attract players from countries across the world and registration activities are scheduled for April 9. The WCDF will conduct its meeting on the following day.
The preliminary round of matches get underway on April 11 while the knockout round commences the following day.
Activities of the WCDF will then move to Barbados for the Annual General Meeting on July 18 and then to St Lucia for a weekend caucus from October 23-24.
The WCDF will convene for their executive and tournament committee meeting on October 23. A referees’ workshop is scheduled for October 24.
