Yesterday, the management and staff of M&M Snackette presented the winners of the company’s Christmas promotion with their prizes.
During a simple ceremony which was held at the Peter’s Hall branch, four of the five lucky winners received their prizes.
The grand prize of a flat screen Dell computer went to Ms. Malika Baird. The other winners received bicycles, a blender, and a microwave oven. These winners were Judy Todd, Odessa Mitchell, Roopchand Budhai, Judy Todd.
During the presentation ceremony, Manager of M&M Snackette, Mahendra Mookram, thanked his customers for supporting him throughout 2008, and asked for their continued support in 2009.
Mookram also announced that in 2009 the company will be opening branches at Houston and West Bank Demerara.
The promotion lasted all of December. There was a live drawing last Sunday, when the winners were selected.
Persons were made eligible for the promotion after they would have shopped at any of the locations: Vreed-en-Hoop, Diamond, Peter’s Hall and Grove, East Bank Demerara.
They are being paid while we are being played…your pain is their gain!
