Competition in the Pioneer Construction sponsored Linden Amateur Basketball Association senior league championship will resume today with a double header at the Mackenzie Hardcourt. Play was originally set to resume last evening but had to be further rescheduled due to football.
In first round results: Pistons beat Raiders 71-51; Royals beat Ballers 77-56 and Patriots beat Bulls 65-54.
Today’s fixtures will see Bulls tackling Jets at 6:30pm and Pistons versus Ballers from 8:30pm.
Competition is set to continue tomorrow with another double header. At 6:30pm, Raiders come up against Bulls, while Jets oppose Ballers at 8:30pm.
