Taxi driver shot after hijacking attempt

A taxi driver is currently nursing two gun shot wounds to the body and is listed as critical at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation after a surreal shooting last evening in Sophia.

Twenty Eight year old Ruimveldt Shemroy Nicholas of West Ruimveldt who was driving a red and white AT 192 Carina, was reportedly shot to his chest and abdomen.

This newspaper learnt that the time the man was apparently picked up by some ‘good man at Minibus Park’.
Up to press time details were sketchy but this newspaper has learnt that the man is to be reviving.
