Following the successful Courts Pee Wee under-11 league a few months ago, the little stars will be engaged in battle again this year but this time it will be in the Williams knock-out competition set to get cracking on Saturday at the Tucville ground with four matches.
Fruta Conquerors, who defeated Sunburst Camptown in the league final at Thirst Park, will hope to repeat that performance again while the other teams who did not make it far last time around, will aim to come better this time but will know that they must win in order to move on.
Some of the players to watch out for are Oziel Small, Kevin Andrews, Kevin Liverpool, Kerron Heywood, Keith Cains, Kegan Howard, Esan Haynes, Akimo Watts, Romelo Fraser, Kerrol Heywood, Levar Baptiste and Ryan ‘Bum Bum’ Hackett.
Matches will be contested simultaneously and from 09:00hrs, Beacons match skills with Thomas United and Fruta Conquerors play BK International Western Tigers.
From 11:00hrs, Marian Academy come up against Strike Again and Sunburst Camptown face Santos.
