Once again Courts Guyana Inc is making preparation for its annual Diwali Dress Competition which will be hosted tomorrow from 14:00 hrs in the Furniture Section of the Main Street branch.
Each member of staff will be given the opportunity to enter the contest which will be judged in male and female categories. Outfits will be judged on originality, completion and display.
A representative from the Guyana Hindu Dharmic Sabha will endorse the event and judging will be done on the next working day after the competition, so as to facilitate other Courts branches. The winners will be rewarded with monetary prizes.
The Diwali Dress Competition has been an annual event held by the entity, encouraging staff members to become knowledgeable and appreciative of the Hindu culture in Guyana.
