Ex-cop wanted for false pretence
Allan Robert Gates, known as Clive DeNobrega, is wanted by the police for questioning in relation to a number of reports of obtaining money by false pretence.
He is presenting himself as the Director of the Confidential Investigation Bureau situated at Lot 8 St. Ann’s Street, New Amsterdam, Berbice and the Chief Executive Officer of Central Import and Export.
The former policeman has been described as a confidence trickster.
Anyone having information that may lead to the arrest of Allan Robert Gates known as Clive DeNobrega is asked to contact the police on telephone numbers 225-6411, 226-9941, 226-6978, 227-6123, 333-2191, 333-2151 to 3, 911 or the nearest police station.
All information will be treated with strict confidence.
