The Ministry of Education/National Sports Commission recently held a cricket coaching programme at the West Demerara Secondary school.
The three-day programme, which concluded Thursday, saw male and female teachers from 16 schools ranging from Wales to Crane being tutored on the basics of cricket. Sessions were conducted by Latchman Yadram who said that the clinic sought to give a start in the foundation of coaching in both theory and practical.
The participants thanked Yadram and the NSC.
