The residents of Lindley Avenue, Nandy Park, East Bank Demerara have been given
“slam dash” works on their road in the past.
However, the Ministry of Public Infrastructure has been working to make the residents feel comfortable. The project to have the road fixed started last week and is expected to be completed by this weekend.
The contractor, Sunil Persaud of Rand B Investment Inc of Vryheid’s Lust, East Coast Demerara, said that the road is already 50% completed.
