This fight against violent crime is turning out to be a game of catch me if you can. A group of young men are now daring the police to catch them in the act. That is why they stage bold daylight gunpoint robberies.
The police will actually catch on group of young men but would fail to realize that those caught are only a small part of this wider group that is challenging the police.

There was the parent who barged into a school and slapped a child. Another such incident would cause terror in another school because a relative would attempt to use a gun to react to what he would later say was an act of bulling.

Night spots are supposed to be places of entertainment but the preponderance of guns would make them akin to those bars in the Wild West. A quarrel would erupt and guns would come out but there would be a speedy police intervention.
