Princess She Not made sure that it was crowned queen of the track as it whipped a top notch field to take the feature event when the 10th Annual Guyana Cup Horserace event was held at the Port Mourant race track yesterday.
The animal was a class above the rest as it led from gate to pole to race away with the $4M top prize and the Banks DIH Trophy.
Ridden by Trinidadian Jockey Nicholas Patrick, the animal was out of the starting gate in a flash and was soon in the lead which it maintained until the end to win handsomely by about five lengths. Jack in My Style, Lady Budapest and Just call me Boss occupied the other paid spots.
For its win, Princess She Not collected an extra $500,000 while Jockey Patrick rode home with an extra $200,000 for winning.
