Jagdeo tell heself that he is a financial wizard; some people believe that. But dem boys know de opposite. He is a scamp. He tell de nation how he buy accounting software to monitor and record govt financial transactions.
This brute only install de part wha dealing wid de income, but he did not install de part wha deal wid de spending.
He had Irfaat keeping de whole Ministry account—billions of dollars—wid lead pencil.
He had Brassington selling Guyana in pieces, plus all de state machinery and buildings. Instead of putting de money in one account dem put it in different, different accounts all over de place.
That was to confuse people, de auditors seh. But dem boys know different. Dem can understand a man sell he tractor, a house and couple acre rice field and put de money in different, different accounts.
Don’t ask why he do that. It got to be that he hiding de cash from he wife and children, and definitely not de tax man who gun ketch him in any bank.
That is his money. He can do what he want wid it.
In Jagdeo and Brassington case, de money is not dem own and dem suppose to put it in one account and keep proper records for de nation.
Dem boys believe that dem deliberately hide it in different accounts to move it quietly, later.
To this day de auditors want explanation. Dem want to know why Irfaat use lead pencil to tally de people money; why Ashni did not install de part in de computer to check dem spending.
And why Brassington hide away de money in different accounts.
Remember Brassington and Jagdeo borrow money from Republic Bank in Trinidad to build Marriott because dem seh dem didn’t have.
But when de auditors check de books dem find that Brassington had US$5 million hide away in a secret account. Today, Guyana paying unnecessary interest to de bank.
Talk half and hope Soulja Bai mek dem pay de loan plus de interest from dem mudda bank account.
Listen to the man that is throwing Guyanese bright future away
